Ovela User Agreement

1. Service Overview

Ovela (the "App") is a mobile application that provides users with tools to add natural, adjustable hair movement effects to portrait photos. By using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement ("Agreement").

2. Account Rules

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Usage Norms

• You may not use the App for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to uploading content that violates third-party privacy or intellectual property rights.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or normal operation of the App.

4. Content Responsibilities

You retain full ownership of any photos or content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Ovela a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the hair movement effect service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use your content, and that such content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the App may require payment. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Ovela reserves the right to change pricing for its paid features at any time, with notice provided to users.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges associated with your use of paid features.

6. Service Changes and Termination

Ovela may modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Ovela does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Ovela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for the resolution of any such disputes.

9. Agreement Updates

Ovela may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
